Coming here was the best decision we could have made! The kindness and hard work they have shown us has been much appreciated. We called 30 minutes after they opened, took us immediately, and had my Alternator fixed before end-of-day. All at the most reasonable and affordable prices! Thank you so much for everything and we will be coming here with any future needs.

I had A/C problems, it had stopped cooling. Alex found the compressor solenoid was leaking Freon and replaced the compressor on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I appreciate his diligence in getting it fixed, I was 500 + miles from home and was able to drive home in comfort. Thanks again Alex !!

I’m not one to leave a review or a bad one at that but this calls for one. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, brought my vehicle in numerous of times and most visits went well with decent prices. Although, I have to say, Alex the owner of Yorkis Automotive is a poor communicator. I brought my vehicle in one early morning and asked if he can look at it, I told him there was something rattling underneath my Jeep. I told him I didn’t need it right away and if he needed to keep it for the day to figure out what was wrong with it, that it would be ok. I know his shop is usually busy, therefore I said, no rush but if he can let me know by “the end of the day.” He told me he would call me and let me know by the end of the day but never called. I called the next day in the morning, no answer, called again around noon. Nothing. Called again after 1pm. Nothing. Btw, all calls go to his cell phone so he screens his calls. I had to be at work by 4pm and with no vehicle, I had to Uber. I still haven’t had a phone call returned. I called again when I got to work knowing they close around 5. He never answered my call but responded back via text and said, “I’ll call you back.” Waited for his call and still nothing. By this time, hes had my vehicle for 2 WHOLE DAYS without communicating with me. At this point, I’ve had enough, I had a spare key to my vehicle so I picked it up late that evening, (after business hours) I didn’t call Alex to let him know that I was picking it up. The next day, I took my vehicle to another close by mechanic shop to get it looked at as I didnt want to drive too far because there was something rattling under the hood. I came back to Yorkis to pick up my key 2 days later, I walked inside and asked the receptionist for my key. She gave me the look like she was sorry but didn’t say anything. It’s been a few weeks since I picked up my vehicle and til this day, he’s never called to apologize or called to say why he never called back when he said he would. I get it if you’re busy, but if you’re going to tell me that you’re going to call me later in the evening to let me know what’s wrong with my vehicle, I’d expect a phone call. Then to ignore my calls and not call back at all. That’s a sign of POOR COMMUNICATION. I’ve had plenty of work done with warranty and honestly, if I had to bring it back, whether if it’s under warranty or not, I would not bring it back. Sounds stupid to say but I would take it to my new mechanic and pay extra for better service and communication skills.

Horrible place took them half of a year to fix my car lasted three months with no problem engine light came back on again hoping it wasn’t the same code of course it was the same problem got me paying $3000 didn’t fix anything try calling never answer text them you will never get some sort of communication no explanation nothing but lies took it somewhere else the part they tried to fix/replace wasn’t even the problem waste of time and money I’m tiredwe didn’t agree on nothing not even a rebuild you simply said your module was going bad and you were charging 1500 of course I can’t afford that plus payment option too horrible lend you 1500 but interest another 2k those module cost little over $100 even that replacing shouldn’t take more then two week and your not evening removing the transmission to put a new one had to come back multiple times to reprogram for what to come back again so you can program it should of done it the first time and said hey you owe me 200 why am I paying you more then 1500 which suppose to be done the first time just cause you bought other that didn’t work for my car and bought a special brand and that has to be my problem to pay for smh I trusted you man solenoid and module two different things and those weren’t even the PROBLEM TO MY CAR IT WAS THE TORQUE CONVERTER AND IT WAS BURNING THE LUB AND THE OIL WHICH I REPLACE WITH NEW TRANSMISSION OIL BEFORE I GAVE IT TO YALL Im getting my car rebuild and replace and inspected for 1200 rn and they send pic and call me about my carCrazy how yall respond to these comment real quick but not even a pick up or send message response
